According to reports, Malaqand Agha, one of the commanders of the Taliban group in Kunduz province, who is responsible for the suicide attacks of this group in the northeast, has been married four times in the last two years.

The sources who spread this report say that Malaqand Agha forced young Kundzi women to marry by force and threats.

Before this, there were reports of several Taliban officials forcing women to marry.

In one of these cases, Syed Khosti, the former spokesman of Sirajuddin Haqqani, was accused of rape and forced marriage by a woman in Kabul, but the Taliban not only did not punish Khosti, they appointed him in charge of the group’s orphanages.

@StephanAJensen 🇦🇫Our allies have been left behind in Afghanistan for so long that Hollywood has had time to make *two* feature films about saving them.

But in real life thousands are still hiding from the Taliban trying to kill them, with no hope of tangible help.

How do we sleep at night?
