One of the first people in my area that received publicity for her case of severe COVID. She almost died, received a ton of publicity, and then later turned into a rabid anti-masker. Her loon of a friend (she took her kids to January 6th) went around claiming that the reason Topp survived was because she, the friend, went and prayed for her. Topp had the best medical experts in the world caring for her. That is why she survived.

9:26- Where the real spiritual battle is
Ephesians 6:10-13
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
1 Corinthians 9:24-26
24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 26 Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air.
Psalm 51:10-13
10 Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
11 Do not cast me from your presence
or take your Holy Spirit from me.
12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.13 Then I will teach transgressors your ways,
so that sinners will turn back to you.
Psalm 119:29
Keep me from lying to myself;
give me the privilege of knowing your instructions
1 Corinthians 5:9-12
9 I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people— 10 not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world. 11 But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister[a] but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people.
12 What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?
16:20- When you’re fighting impossible odds
Fighting battles you don’t think you can win takes courage

Video: Sermon on Faith by George MacDonald “Faith, Proof of the Unseen”
Hebrews 11:32-40
32 How much more do I need to say? It would take too long to recount the stories of the faith of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, and all the prophets. 33 By faith these people overthrew kingdoms, ruled with justice, and received what God had promised them. They shut the mouths of lions, 34 quenched the flames of fire, and escaped death by the edge of the sword. Their weakness was turned to strength. They became strong in battle and put whole armies to flight. 35 Women received their loved ones back again from death.
But others were tortured, refusing to turn from God in order to be set free. They placed their hope in a better life after the resurrection. 36 Some were jeered at, and their backs were cut open with whips. Others were chained in prisons. 37 Some died by stoning, some were sawed in half,[a] and others were killed with the sword. Some went about wearing skins of sheep and goats, destitute and oppressed and mistreated. 38 They were too good for this world, wandering over deserts and mountains, hiding in caves and holes in the ground.
39 All these people earned a good reputation because of their faith, yet none of them received all that God had promised. 40 For God had something better in mind for us, so that they would not reach perfection without us.

Balam. England
Dear Sir:
Unless the divine power has raised you up to be as “Athanasius against the world,” I see not how you can go through your glorious enterprise in opposing that execrable villainy, which is the scandal of religion, of England, and of human nature. Unless God has raised you up for this very thing, you will be worn out by the opposition of men and devils. But if God be for you, who can be against you? Are all of them stronger than God? O be not weary of well-doing! Go on, in the name of God and in the power of His might, till even American slavery (the vilest that ever saw the sun) shall vanish away before it.
Reading this morning a tract wrote by a poor African, I was particularly struck by the circumstance, that a man who has a black skin being wronged or outraged by a white man, can have no redress; it being a LAW in all of our Colonies that the OATH of a black man against a white goes for nothing. What villainy is this!
That He who has guided you from youth up may continue to strengthen you in this and all things is the prayer of, dear sir,
Your affectionate servant,
John Wesley

Afther the British, the Russians came an bombed people’s houses … but the people did not leave their houses and did not flee to Iran, Pakistan, and Europe. But today, that the Taliban’s Emirate is here, people fall down and die from the bottom of planes while running away. People are fleeing. People are lining behind passport office. What is the reason people are desparate to flee their home? This country, this land has turned into hell for us.

The weirdest thing about "the last soldier to leave Afghanistan" is that he wasn't the last soldier at all.
He was (probably) the last US soldier.

The lie that “Afghanistan has never been a unified country.”
🇦🇫 🇺🇸 THREAD:
The most bizarre irony of Biden claiming that Afghanistan has "never been a unified country" is that Afghanistan was both unified and peaceful when Biden was still my age.In his thirties, he could have gone to Kandahar on holiday with Ariana Afghan Airlines.
